Refund policy
We do accept refunds in certain circumstances:
- If you are unhappy with your sticker or patch for any reason, we will send you a refund for that product. The refund is contingent on you sending the sticker back to us in a stamped envelope (PO BOX 276, West Chester, PA 19381) and notifying us about the refund within 30 days of your order at our email: john@strikeforce69.com.
- We offer a 14-day full refund after delivery of all art prints if you return them in acceptable condition.
- While most items should arrive at your doorstep within 5-7 business days of fulfillment, occasionally, the USPS will experience slowdowns. We will refund or reship your order if you do not receive your items within 21 days.
- We will provide a refund on a product that is damaged en route with photo evidence
- If your order is missing an item or we mistakenly gave you the wrong item (it's our fault), email us, and we will make it right.
