Refund policy

We do accept refunds in certain circumstances:

  • If you are unhappy with your sticker or patch for any reason, we will send you a refund for that product. The refund is contingent on you sending the sticker back to us in a stamped envelope (PO BOX 276, West Chester, PA 19381) and notifying us about the refund within 30 days of your order at our email: john@strikeforce69.com.
  • We offer a 14-day full refund after delivery of all art prints if you return them in acceptable condition.
  • While most items should arrive at your doorstep within 5-7 business days of fulfillment, occasionally, the USPS will experience slowdowns. We will refund or reship your order if you do not receive your items within 21 days. 
  • We will provide a refund on a product that is damaged en route with photo evidence
  • If your order is missing an item or we mistakenly gave you the wrong item (it's our fault), email us, and we will make it right.

Please understand that we strive to operate with integrity; however, also realize that integrity is not always reciprocated. If our refund policy is abused, you will be barred from future orders on our platform.
