Where do orders ship from?
All orders are shipped from Pennsylvania.
When do orders ship?
We strive to get orders out within 2-3 days. Any orders placed on Sunday will ship on Monday because the post office is closed. Stickers and prints may take up to 3-5 business days to ship, depending on order volume.
How long until my order arrives?
Most of our sticker orders are sent via the United States Postal Service. The map included below is from the USPS and shows the typical timeframe for first-class letters to arrive.
My item has not arrived yet.
While most US orders will arrive in 1-5 business days, the USPS does not guarantee delivery within this timeframe. You must also consider Sunday and holidays do affect mail service. Please allow for up to two weeks for an item to arrive via the USPS, and check your mailbox for a brown letter envelope. If it has been over two weeks and you have not received your order, contact us.
What if I entered the wrong shipping information?
Please double-check your shipping address before your order. Once a package is sent out, we cannot modify its final destination.
Returns / Exchange policy
We do not accept exchanges. We do accept returns on new, unused items within 7 days. If your order arrived damaged, please provide a photo, and we will work with you to get a usable replacement product out.
